We are now able to meet again for worship services at St. Mark’s!

At the moment we are allowed smaller congregations of 20 people at a time. We are using this month of November to explore how to do this kind of service and allow our community to start reconnecting. At the moment our plans are to have a mixture of indoor and outdoor services on a Sunday. See below for the service times and how to indicate that you’d like to come along.

Upcoming Services

November 29th

9am Indoor Service of Holy Communion

4pm Prayer and Praise service in the Covered Courtyard

Please note:

  • All are welcome! If you would like to come, please register and we will try to fit everyone in. Hopefully in December we will be able to accommodate larger congregations and a more ‘normal’ service schedule.
  • If the service appears ‘full’ when you try to book please select the ‘waitlist’ option and let us know you would like to come and we will contact you if that is possible.
  • Our online services will continue in the same way as they have during lockdown, as we know many people are still not comfortable in coming out to public gatherings, and we think this ministry will continue for the long term.
  • Our live services will be very simple in the beginning. Due to restrictions we are not able to have large ‘worship teams’ to lead us, and there will be only minimal singing. Our focus will be on celebrating Holy Communion and having opportunities to pray and listen to the Scriptures together.
  • The worship space will be socially distanced and hygiene precautions and contact tracing procedures are in place. See below for our ‘COVIDSafe’ guidelines.

COVIDSafe Information and Procedures

  • Please do not attend a service if you are unwell or awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test.
  • Everyone who attends the service must leave details for contact tracing – this includes your first name and phone number. This is a government requirement.
  • All attendees must wear a facemask at all times, unless you have an exemption.
  • Please sanitise your hands on arrival and wash them regularly.
  • Maintain social distancing of 1.5m and please refrain from physical contact such as handshakes, hugs, etc.
  • After the service has finished we will need to exit the area, and no outdoor gatherings of more than ten people are allowed.
