‘Emerald Hills’ is a centre of activities at St. Mark’s with the purpose of promoting a healthy and growing ‘spirituality’ in our area. We hope to offer a variety of seminars, groups, programs and other activities that will encourage people in the Hills community to experience the presence of God in their lives and to grow as human beings with a spiritual nature.

The colour ‘Emerald’ as the name of our town also represents life, growth, healing and the transforming power of the Spirit of God in all aspects of our world. We invite you to join us in experiencing this Spirit.

Online Christian Meditation Group

On the third Sunday of each month at 3pm we will facilitate a space for Christian meditation in a Zoom meeting. We meet at 3pm for approximately 30-60 minutes. The goal will be to explore and practice various forms of prayer and meditation in a convenient and safe environment. We will use practices such as ‘lectio divina’ and ‘Centering Prayer’ in our times together.

These sessions will resume in 2023 term 1.
